Please note that because our photographs are custom-printed on-demand to your specific size and aspect ratio requirements, they are classified as custom-made goods. Consequently, all sales are final, and statutory "cooling-off" periods or standard "change-of-mind" return rights do not apply to these items. This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and Mexico, and any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Refund Policy - the basics
Every photograph in this catalogue is printed specifically for you upon purchase. Because we offer a variety of custom sizes based on the original camera aspect ratio, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to review the Size & Aspect Ratio Guide on each product page before finalizing your order to ensure the print fits your intended frame or wall space.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit or if there is a noticeable manufacturing defect (e.g., ink streaks, incorrect cropping), we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Reporting Period: Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will ship a replacement to you free of charge. In most cases, you will not be required to ship the damaged item back to us
Cancellations
Because our printing process begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within [2 or 24] hours of purchase. Once the order has been sent to our professional lab, it can no longer be cancelled.
